State of Philly hops over to New York City this Halloweekend! It takes a lot to leave home sometimes. Personally, this is my first out-of-Philly, State of Philly action. I fear for my well-being. How does one survive without the presence of genuine, Philly steaks? You know the ones I’m talking about, the ones hugged by Amoroso’s Rolls, oozing with wiz. I fear there will be communication complications. How long can I pretend to understand sentences that aren’t riddled with Jawn?
Only BangOn!NYC’s “Warehouse of Horrors” can lift me past that crippling fear. An event too brilliant to be labeled, “just another show,” in fact, I wouldn’t even call it a show. It’s more of an experience party. Honestly, I’m not sure. You could go for the music and enjoy it as a concert. You could even go bowling, specifically, human bowling! There’s so much to do, this is a place you can make the night your own.
Headlining is no other than Norman Cook, stage-name Fatboy Slim! He’s an English DJ who has an extensive amount of hits so far, and hasn’t stopped producing quality. He has remixed some of my favorite musicians including A Tribe Called Quest and The Beastie Boys. You’ve heard his songs including, “Praise You” and “Weapon of Choice.” On top of his music excellence, Fatboy Slim doesn’t fail to bring a good time. If you don’t believe me, check out the video below!
“Warehouse of Horrors” is on October 28th (1 Ingraham St, Brooklyn, NY 11206-3506, United States). From fire-breathing and interactive art to silent discos, you are guaranteed a fun time. BangOn!NYC is completely independent of corporations and sponsors. “Warehouse of Horrors” is a reliable, fully legal event that separates itself from the pack.
